The event is one of the main fundraisers for theJacksonville Boys & Girls Club which serves hundreds of kids. The tournament will be held, Monday, August 22nd at the Southern Oaks Country Club, 701 Foxwood Drive in Jacksonville with lunch from 11am-12:30pm and Tee time at 12:30pm. The back-to-school free event will be held Sunday, August 14 from 3pm-6pm at the Omega Psi Phi House, 2521 State Street in LR. – Captain DeArthur Jordan, and Little Rock firefighters Monique Robinson and Joe Howard of H.O.T.T.A.R. for Project Fresh Start: Firefighters Annual School Supply Drive. This event is in its 20th year and will be held, Saturday, August 13th from 9am-until at Dunbar Recreation Center, 1001 West 16th Street in LR. The goal is to give every child a fresh start for the school year by providing them with free school supplies. Partnering with them will be Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Best Buy.
